Back on the wagon day. Have been entirely too lax in the food department, and the scale and my clothes are starting to show it. Time to return to the habits that work best. Hopefully I can do this on the first try this time.
I feel pretty good about my efforts today. I ate sensibly and got to the gym after work. Good start.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 104 g blackberries, coffee
12:30 pm Vanilla soy shake, 61 g cranberry scone, 1/4 large cantaloupe
1:45 pm 2 c coffee
6:15 pm 3 oz tilapia, 1 tbl plum sauce, 1/3 c jasmine rice, 1/2 c Asian spicy green beans, 12 oz skim milk, Jello sugar free chocolate mint Mousse

4:45-5:50 pm Elliptical
