This is certainly likely to be an unusual Sept 1 for weather. No scraping frost off the windshield this morning. I had a really hard time getting out of bed and getting through exercise today. Sweaty and tired.
Looked at the website for Taste of Madison - looks fantastic! Wish we could make it down, but we'd drive all that way, sample 3-4 dishes max, and be too full to try anything else. Much nicer when you're close and can come back later for more. Enjoy and eat something particularly yummy for me. I'd love to hear about anything outstanding that you encounter.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g blueberries, coffee
9:45 am Miniature Kit Kat
12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, blueberry ponczka, 160 g raspberries
3:30 pm ZipFizz energy drink, 1/2 tube
6:00 pm 2 c watermelon chunks, 3.5 oz grilled pork chop, 2/3 c grilled potatoes, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 med ear corn, 12 oz soy milk
