Mon 6 May

Last day at home before vacation to St. Maarten! My lower back is sore for some reason today. Should make hours of sitting on a plane or in airports tons o' fun. I plan to try to get some walking in during the longer layover. We don't arrive at destination til 9:30 pm. Breakfast out with my client again today since it's the only day this week I will be in the office. Hopefully the restaurant we used to go to is once again open as the substitute is woefully mediocre. The owner of the other place is a jerk, but at least the food is good. Yay! My new Fitbit One (the free replacement for the Ultra that was rapidly dying) arrived today in time to get it charged and ready to take on vacation. Damn American Airlines! Their online check-in is not working tonight, either before or after Suzuki. I have typed in our passport info 3-4 times already and always get a message that This Feature is Not Working at Present. Try again later. Food: 6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 81 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 am 2 over easy eggs, 2 pc homemade whole wheat toast w/butter, 1 1/3 pkg marmalade, coffee 12:00 pm 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 106 g strawberries 1:45 pm 2 wafer sticks 5:45 pm Slice bacon/broccoli quiche, 1 c mache/mixed greens, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:55 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video 6:30-6:40 pm Walk to Suzuki 7:50-8:00 pm Walk home
