Happy May Day! I expect to be a little sore today. If it doesn't rain, we might go again tonight with Barb. I pulled out one of my older DVDs today with light, repetitious weights. Looks positive for hiking again tonight. Not too sore, so should be fun. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice homemade wheat bread, 1 tbl peanut butter, 153 g strawberries, 1/2 caramel brownie Exercise: 4:50-5:35 am Power Shaping DVD
