Back to the real world today. It wasn't too hard to get up and exercise. I set my alarm around the same time every day to watch the dawn in St. Maarten, though admittedly I laid in bed and went back to sleep for another hour or so afterward. Always interesting to go back to work after an extended absence.
Couldn't resist trying one of my butterscotch brownies. I found it delicious, but they aren't selling very well. Oh well, I like them.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 147 g strawberries, coffee
9:15 am Butterscotch brownie, fruit kebab
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 1/2 mini-loaf banana chocolate chip bread (about the equivalent of a regular-size muffin)
3:15 pm Chocolate chip no bake cookie ball
6:00 pm 3.5 oz extra lean ground beef grilled burger, slice Jarlsberg Lite, med slice tomato, multigrain sandwich thin
