Thurs 2 May

Body is a little sore today. Took ibuprofen before bed, but after it wore off I had a hard time resting because the muscles were sore. Exercise was work. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, 2 very thin slices homemade whole wheat bread, 1 slice Jarlsberg Lite, 151 g strawberries 5:00 pm 3.3 oz grilled pork chop, 2/3 c beet pasta, 1/8 tbl butter, 1 c sliced beets 7:00 pm Grasshopper w/1/2 c light vanilla ice cream, 1/2 oz creme de menthe, 1/2 oz creme de cacao Exercise: 4:50-5:24 am Salsa Dance DVD 5:25-5:46 am Cardio Dance Mix DVD (cut short when energy ran out)
