Home again, home again, riggety-jig. We had a wonderful vacation and safe (though loooong!) travels to and fro. We ate amazing food, enjoyed the sun and ocean, and had a very nice hotel base to relax. Could not have asked for more.
Am a little nervous about getting on the scale today, but we did try to walk a lot and to order food that was not too outrageous. Incentive to work hard now that we're back.
Food:
9:00 am Laura's oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c Wyman's blueberries, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee, 1 PB M&M egg
3:00 pm 1/2 Frontera roasted garlic mushroom sandwich, 1 PB M&M egg
6:00 pm 2 grilled chicken drumsticks, 2/3 c Simply Potatoes diced potatoes & onions, 1/4 c diced baby bellas, 1/8 tbl butter, 3/4 c mixed greens, 1/4 c diced tomato, 1/8 c sliced mushroom, 1 tbl vidalia onion/tomato salad dressing, 12 oz skim milk
8:15 pm Licked bowl for butterscotch brownie batter (baking for work bake sale tomorrow)
Exercise:
6:35-7:55 pm Walk with Dad to Schmeeckle trail and back
