Trivia starts tonight at 6! Be ready to boogie down!!! My client says she's up for breakfast this morning. Last Friday, she had gone into the ER with another mild heart attack. Guess that was an adequate excuse to miss breakfast. Read an article last night about a family that gave up all added sugar (including as an ingredient in purchased food) for a year and felt immeasurably better. Inspired me to do a sugar holiday today, though not quite as extreme. Ate pancakes at Olympia which may have had some sugar in the batter, but skipped syrup. Sugar holiday was declared before Michael came over and baked fresh peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (to take to Taylor's) and left a warm one for a sample. Would have been a crying shame not to eat it while it was still warm. Food: 7:00 am 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 am 2 banana nut pancakes, 1.5 tbl whipped butter, coffee 11:50 am 3 leftover cheese fries, 1/4 large cantaloupe, cocoa tea (made from cacao shells, unsweetened) 6:10 pm 157 g Nuovo 3 cheese/truffle ravioli, 1/2 tbl butter, 1/4 c shredded parmesan, garlic, 3/4 c green beans 7:00 pm 1 peanut butter chocolate chip cookie 8:25 pm 5 oz syrah Exercise: 4:45-5:20 am Jessica Smith Stride & Strength YouTube 5:20-5:55 am Jessica Smith Barefoot Fusion Walk YouTube 7:20-8:20 pm Walk with Dad
