Easter Monday, and your last day of being 28. Hope you have been thinking what you'd like for your birthday. We'll be down Friday to take you out to eat to celebrate both your birthday and your new job. I'm looking forward to exploring the spring Farmer's Market on Saturday.
Food:
7:00 am Steel cut oats w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c blueberries, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 17 g blackberries (all that were left), coffee
11:45 am Light & Fit toasted coconut Greek yogurt, 1.5 slice Amish bread, clementine
7:30 pm 4 oz vanilla stout, foccaccia bread w/3 cheeses, tomato slice, sliced avocado, Dane applesauce

4:50-6:00 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video
6:00-7:15 pm Hiking Rib (up to big hill)
