Have to apologize to my coworker on call who had to go out late Friday afternoon to fill a med planner for a client I completely forgot on Thursday. If he had called sooner, I could have done it, but he didn't call until we were on the road to Madison. At least it isn't an odious task as he has everything needed at his apartment and he's a very pleasant gentleman. But I feel pretty foolish for having forgotten. Food: 7:00 am Steel cut oatmeal w/protein powder, flaxseed meal, 1/2 c blueberries, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 127 g chocolate chip espresso scone, 88 g strawberries 12:30 pm 3 Butterfinger eggs 4:45 pm 3 Fiesta malted milk eggs 6:30 pm 58 g whole grain bread, 1/2 tbl butter, slice Jarlsberg Lite, 2 slices deli turkey, 2 sm tomato slices, 1 c TJ's roasted red pepper tomato soup Exercise: 4:55-6:05 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video 5:25-6:05 pm Jessica Smith Indoor Jogging YouTube
