Conference on suicide prevention at Holiday Inn today, followed by drug company dinner at Michele's tonight. Not a lot of activity paired with plenty of food. Did a very active walking routine this morning to start with over 6000 steps, but I'll have to work to get the rest in. Maybe I can walk around Holiday Inn on breaks. They are starting us with a continental breakfast this morning, so I'm just doing fruit at home with coffee.
