No action on the pager last night. So far, so good.
Tired still, munching way too much. Not a good combo.
Food:
6:45 am Hot cross bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
9:00 am Mini lemon curd tart in pastry shell w/raspberry, peanut butter chocolate krispie treat
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, raisin scone, 162 g strawberries
12:30 pm 3 chocolate covered espresso beans
1:45 pm Lindt truffle, Butterfinger Crisp fun size bar
4:50 pm Small handful trail mix
7:15 pm 1 c Birds Eye Garlic Shrimp (w/pasta & veggies), 8 oz skim milk
Exercise:
4:45-5:45 am The Firm Weights/Aerobics DVD
5:45-7:00 pm Walk with Dad to Copps & back
