Last night of on-call for awhile. Hope it goes out quietly. The short call during church yesterday was it for the day yesterday. Went to Culver's with Michael and Taylor last night; nice to spend a little time with them.
OMG, it's been too long since I last did the indoor jogging routine. Add in slightly warmer room and I'm winded and sweaty.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
10:00 am 1 Reese's miniature
11:50 am Blueberry soy shake, hot cross bun, pear
12:30 pm 5 mint M&Ms
4:00 pm 1 slice Terry's Dark Chocolate Orange
6:15 pm Italian casserole, 2/3 c Green Giant Dijon Carrots, 8 oz skim milk
