Today I kept a promise to myself, one to be more liberal in taking a sick day from work if I felt I needed it. I got up to exercise this morning and again moved through the whole workout pretty much with my eyes closed. I was tired all day yesterday, and I think the reason I cut my finger and burned a different one last night at cooking class was because I was not as alert as I should have been. So after exercise, I went back to bed, then got up at 7:15 to call in sick to work. I had two home visits scheduled this morning, neither of which were vital. I left a request on the message to have someone call them and let them know I couldn't come. Then I went back to bed and got up again about 9:09 am. It feels much better now!
