Didn't sleep particularly well last night. One of Dad's weirder clients called at 11:45 pm and woke us up; always a little bit of a heart-stopper late at night. Never felt like I sank back into good rest after.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Slice 12 grain bread, 34 g cheddar cheese, 173 g strawberries
