Leg muscles are starting to recover from Sunday's hike/exercise. I'm convinced that continuing to exercise without overdoing is the best way to work through the soreness. I will be glad not to hobble up and down the stairs so much. The week is going by fairly quickly, always nice after vacation. Wish the warm weather would have held a little longer, but at least it isn't bitter cold again. It will be fun all over when we get the next warm streak.
