6:45 am Raspberry ponczka, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee
11:00 am 3 slices Kavli
12:30 pm Leftover gnocchi w/sage butter, 1/4 med cantaloupe
1:20 pm 10 g English toffee candy
3:00 pm 1 Wintergreen LifeSaver, 1 Little Pop
5:35 pm African chicken peanut stew, 8 oz skim milk
Exercise:
4:50-5:45 am Latin Dance 10-min Workouts DVD
6:00-6:15 pm Walking workout, self-choreographed
