I guess I haven't done my usual Jane Fonda for a while, for a variety of reasons. I noticed today that it was more difficult than usual when I'm out of practice. The upside is that maybe I'll burn more calories while I reaccustom to my previous level of workouts. Food: 6:55 am Baby's pillow danish, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:15 pm 3 sm fresh mozzarella balls, slice pumpkin bread, 87 g raspberries 4:15 pm 1/2 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk Exercise: 4:45-5:55 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video
