My penultimate week of work at PCHHS. Simultaneously ready to be done and hanging on to the familiar for just a little longer. Excited and apprehensive about "reinventing" myself as a retired person.
Food:
7:00 am Chocolate croissant, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Slice Omega 3 bread, 46 g Trig's braunschweiger, 102 g raspberries
1:30 pm 2 Coffee Nips
4:50 pm 1 c kettle corn
6:00 pm Culver's roast beef sandwich, sm cup mint Oreo custard
Exercise:
4:45-5:45 am Jessica Smith 4 15-min Fat Blast DVD
6:45-7:30 pm Walk through Iverson w/Bob
