The inexorable march of time toward retirement day amazes me. The last weeks have passed very quickly. I'm really starting to get excited about planning my next phase.
Food:
6:55 am Sm slice Costco coffee cake, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:45 pm Subway 6" Black Forest Ham sub, Herb Cheese bread, spinach, tomato, cucumber, green pepper
3:00 pm 2 german chocolate caramel bars, slice shortbread
8:00 pm 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk

4:45-5:45 am Jessica Smith Metabolism Booster DVD
4:45-5:00 pm Walk to haircut
730-7:45 pm Walk home
