This week has fairly disappeared. I have over-indulged in chocolate and other sweets, so I need to get "back on the wagon". I did get over 18,000 steps yesterday so I feel good about that.
Don't think I exacerbated the shoulder soreness too badly today. Took the relevant weights lighter and didn't do the tricep presses that specifically hurt.
Food:
7:45 am Morning bun, 102 g blackberries, coffee
12:35 pm 2 slices Omega 3 toast, 2 tbl peanut butter, 99 g raspberries
Exercise:
8:55-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
