Less time than I had anticipated this morning before we leave. I waited on packing til today. Regular time to get to the gym, then really only an hour or so to eat, change, do French/Spanish and go. Started a little on packing before breakfast so now I have very little time for breakfast/emails. Food: 8:10 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 102 g blackberries, coffee Exercise: 8:55-9:25 am Treadmill w/running intervals 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
