Finally allowed my iPhone to update to the new iOs, so now I have to get an updated version of Snood if one is available. Can't put these things off forever, I guess.
Food:
8:05 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:10 pm 1 c Fit & Active chicken noodle chunky soup, slice pumpkin bread
Exercise:
9:00-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
