Wow, time is slipping by quickly! More than half of November is already history. We go down to Laura's on Wed evening, which will be here before I know it.
Delighted that the scale stayed below 150 for two days in a row now. Perhaps I will start to see results if I can keep to good eating/exercise regimes.
Food:
6:40 am Chocolate pecan pinwheel, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Large bowl Moroccan 3-bean stew
2:00 pm 1/2 c Quaker Oat Squares
6:30 pm Beef stew, brioche roll
Exercise:
7:10-7:30 am Walk to church
9:10-9:30 am Walk home
