The year is waning! Hard to believe that November is nearly over, and only one more month remains. It's always a surprise no matter how often I tell myself that this time of year flies by. Even every Wednesday seems to be here before the last one is over.
Food:
7;50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 100 g blackberries, coffee
12:15 pm Homemade turkey soup, 100 g raspberries, 2 pc light string cheese
Exercise:
9:05-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
