Weeks are flying by again. Once we hit Wed, with gym and Bootstrap, the rest of the week always seems to disappear. Funny, that wasn't often the case when I was working. Keep forgetting that I'm registered for a conference in Wausau on Friday. It will be a miracle if I remember to go.
Food:
7:50 am Honey bear pastry, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:05 pm Fit & Active chicken noodle soup, pumpkin bread, Nestle Fat Free cocoa
Exercise:
9:05-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
