Another week flown by. Another beautiful morning. I'm finding that sometimes when I make it to gym Mon, Wed, and Thurs, my motivation to get there on Fri diminishes. I'll try anyway.
Food:
7:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:50 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 44 g Jarlsberg
Exercise:
8:55-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
