A little sleepy this morning, hopefully it will pass by the time I meet with the personal trainer at 9:30. Hope I can get some real use out of that session in planning ways to increase weight for training and increase my heart rate.
Food:
7:55 am Honey Bear pastry, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:30 am 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4 c sautéed mushrooms, slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl Bonne Maman fig preserves
Exercise:
9:00-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Personal trainer
