Thurs 15 Aug

Didn't sleep too well last night. Took a broken half of a magnesium tablet that stuck in my throat and moved very slowly through the esophagus so that I could feel its progress all the way. This was not restful. Today I have the free fitness consult at 212. They will probably be mad at me because I did not honor their rules of no alcohol for 24 hours before and no caffeine for 8 hours before. I had a glass of rose with dinner and my regular cup of coffee this morning. I don't expect they do blood work and I don't expect my regular routine will have an effect on my fitness. The bigger problem will be poor sleep. Food: 7:55 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee 1:05 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl Jif, 1 tbl homemade strawberry jam, 2/3 c arroz con leche Exercise: 11:35-11:45 am Rowing machine 11:45-11:50 am Dumbbell strength 12:00-12:45 pm Zumba class 1:40-2:00 pm Walk to St Mike's 2:50-3:10 pm Walk home
