I love having a totally free day on the calendar every once in a while. Hopefully I'll motivate to do something useful around the house this morning as well as getting in a nice long walk before possible rain later in the day. Managed to read an entire book between about 6 pm and bedtime yesterday to further dent the stack from the library. Food: 7:;55 am Chocolate croissant, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:55 pm 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese w/chives, 45 g TJs cinnamon grahams, 84 g fresh tomato, 4 oz tart cherry juice Exercise: 9:50-11:20 am Walk around Bukolt
