Food:
7:00 am 1/2 c Grape Nuts Trail Mix cereal, 1/2 c skim milk, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, orange, 1 pc Oatnut toast w/1 tbl Simply Jif peanut butter
3:00 pm Small slice of raspberry-filled white cake, chocolate chip cookie
6:30 pm 1 1/2 c butternut squash bisque, 2.8 oz cup of pink salmon, 1/2 c applesauce, 12 oz skim milk
Exercise:
5:30 pm 50 min Pilates mat
