New Year's Eve 2007

Glad to be on the start to losing some weight and getting back into regular exercise. Thanks for helping me find the motivation and tools to get moving again.

Food:

8:30 am 1 serving hot wheat cereal, 1 tbl packed brown sugar, 2 oz milk, 1 orange, coffee
1:00 pm Cappucino soy shake, banana
3:45 pm 10 g Dark Lindt holiday spice chocolate
7:30 pm 1 1/2 c homemade turkey dumpling soup, 1 c mixed fruit, 1 garlic breadstick, 12 oz light vanilla soymilk
