Wow, this week is passing quickly! Works for me! Hope your finals and projects are going well and that you're taking reasonable care of yourself. Just think ahead to that massage on Monday!

7:00 am 1 c Corn Chex, 1/2 c skim milk, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Cappucino soy shake, orange, one 2-bite scone
2:30 pm 2 ginger cookies
6:30 pm 1/9 Uno hand-tossed deluxe pizza
9:15 pm Lemon 80-cal yogurt
Exercise:
10:00 am Walking briskly about 10 min
