8:30 am Vanilla soy shake
12:00 pm Cup of oatmeal, 1/2 c cinnamon apples, 1/4 c pecans, 1/4 c raisins, 2 oz skim milk, coffee
6:30 pm Half roast beef wrap sandwich, 12 oz. buttered rum cappucino
10:00 pm 2 molasses cookies
