Gearing up for the last week before the holidays, and thinking of you regularly. Take care of yourself during finals and make sure you get some good food in you. You'll function more efficiently so it's worth the time investment. Also make sure to get some decent sleep whenever possible; again you'll function better for the investment.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Corn Chex, 1/2 c skim milk, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, medium banana
6:00 pm 6-inch turkey/ham Subway sub w/spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers
8:30 pm 1/2 c mixed fresh fruit, 1 pecan wedding cake cookie, 1 small toffee square cookie, 6 oz Diet Pepsi
10:00 pm 2 small sugar cookies, one molasses cookie


Exercise:

About 15-20 min good cardio as part of CPR class
