I have my (sort of) annual physical this morning, so I get to find out if the red yeast rice and fish oil have helped my cholesterol at all. Hopefully I won't need any other nasty tests.
Physical went well. Overall cholesterol is up a bit, but good cholesterol is up and triglycerides are down significantly.
Glad to see you on today. Hope it is a good day for you. Nice to see you eating well and getting some exercise!

7:00 am Bowl cranberry whole grain instant oatmeal, 2 oz milk, 6 oz OJ, coffee
12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, mandarin orange, slice challah w/1 tsp margarine
2:00 pm Frosted sugar cookie
6:00 pm 2/3 Mango curry pork chop, 1/2 c brown rice, 1/2 c corn, 12 oz milk, PB cup cookie
