Enjoying the unusual experience of several days off from work without real commitments. Hope to schedule in exercise today as well as a few more leisurely-paced errands. Hope you're feeling better with Aunt Flo now, and have time to eat right too.
Food:
8:45 am Bowl of oatmeal, 1 tsp brown sugar, 2 tbl raisins, 2 oz skim milk, 6 oz OJ, coffee, 1 butterhorn
10:00 am 1 Bailey's chocolate
1:00 pm Chocolate soy shake
4:00 pm Buddy Squirrel popcorn ball
6:15 pm 4 mini crab cakes, 2 oz turkey, 1/2 c cheesy potatoes, 1/2 c fruit salad, 4 oz vanilla soy milk
7:30 pm 1 small piece cranberry pudding pie
Exercise:
Didn't quite get there; finished my book instead.
