Up late last night finishing a project; reading a paper this morning and then I've got another homework assignment due tomorrow that I get to work on. Joy. Planning on latkes tonight, but the transit exercise will probably be all I get today. If I finish up the homework tonight then maybe I can go to the gym tomorrow afternoon...
By the by, the banana bread Rowan and I made last night is vegan - no butter, no eggs, just tofu! We made it in an 8x8 pan since I don't have loaf pans, so I'm guessing two small slices of that is about equivalent to one normal slice of loaf-pan banana bread. It's really really moist, though, and absolutely delicious.

9:45a - 2 small slices banana bread
12:00p - few bites leftover tofu stirfy, 2 small slices banana bread
2:30p - 2 pc wheat toast, 1.5 pb, .5 nutella
3:00p - 2 pc baked tofu, raisins
5:45p - more raisins
7:30p - 1 small slice banana bread, glass soy milk, 2 Thin Mints
10:00p - hella deep-fried latkes with applesauce
Exercise today:
11-11:20p - Walk home (took the bus to Nicky's place for latkes)
