Now to try to get back on track while still enjoying a few of the holiday treats responsibly. My new scale was very nice to me this morning, possibly a function of weighing in first thing out of bed in the morning which is usually considered the best time but wasn't an option when I used the scale at work. I'd like to keep it moving in the right direction!
Food:
8:30 am 1 c Corn Chex, 1/2 c milk, 6 oz OJ, coffee, 1 butterhorn
5:00 pm 4 momo-cha dumplings, 1 1/2 pieces roti, cup dal soup, tomato sauce on dumplngs, water
9:30 pm 2 Hershey kisses
Exercise:
10:15-10:20 am 2 sets each (25 reps) crunches, crunches w/twist, 2 sets 15 reps reverse crunches, stretches
11:30 am 2 sets each (15 reps) incline pushups against sink, tricep dips against sink, waist rotations, plies
