Food today:
8:40a - 2 shredded wheat biscuits and enriched vanilla soy milk
12:15p - protein bar (32g protein)
1:30p - 5 cheese curds, 3pc cold turkey
3:00p - grape fruit leather
4:50p - 2-bite blueberry scone
5:45p - spaghetti with 1/4c Prego and sprinkling of mozzarella
6:15p - 1 can mandarin oranges
8:30p - 2 Thin mints, half glass soy milk
Exercise today:
10:20-10:40a - Walk to gym
11-11:20a - Cardio (a little running, not a full mile though)
11:20a-11:50a - Weight training and stretching
11:55-12:15p - Walk home
3:20-3:50p - Walk to campus
4:55-5:25p - Walk home
