Glad you had a day at home to catch up - that can be a really valuable way to collect yourself. I wasn't feeling great last night, so I didn't exercise again. Haven't exercised since last week Thursday since the weekend was busy, Monday was the surprise dinner at Reichls and then the yucks. Hopefully my class won't be cancelled tonight so I don't have an easy out. I'm feeling a little better for a restful evening yesterday too.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c Grape Nuts Trail Mix cereal, 1/2 slightly frozen skim milk, 6 oz OJ, Green Mtn eggnog coffee!!!!!
12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, medium banana
2:30 pm Popcorn ball
6:00 pm 1 1/2 c butternut squash bisque, 2 pc string cheese, slice applesauce nut bread


Exercise:

4:55-5:50 Pilates mat
