Did the Wii Fitness Coach lower body workout today. Lots of lunges and plies; again this was pretty easy level. Hope it gets more challenging as it progresses.
Food:
7:00 am <3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 c blueberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Chocolate soy shake, small banana, slice 7-grain toast, 1 tbl nutella, 19 g malted milk ball
3:00 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix
6:00 pm 1 Reese's bell
6:30 pm 1 c whole grain flax spaghetti, 1 c meat sauce (1/2 c Prego chunky garden sauce w/3 oz ground beef, onions), 1 tbl grated parmesan, 3/4 c broccoli, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
