Brrrr, it's nasty cold for the next few days. Love those Cuddleduds!

Made the Moroccan stew again to ward off the cold, but used a can of diced tomatoes w/habaneros. Whoa! Definitely warms you up, perhaps a bit too much.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c Maple & Brown Sugar Trail Mix cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 c blueberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice 7-grain toast, 1 tbl nutella, 1/2 grapefruit, bag Satellite Wafers
3:30 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix
4:45 pm 22 g malted milk balls
6:00 pm 1 c 3-bean Moroccan stew, large bakery breadstick, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, Jello sugar-free pudding cup
