Good Riddance, W! Let's hope today marks the success of intelligent leadership in America.

Wow, what an experience it was to watch the inauguration live! Very moving.


Food:

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:00 am Blueberry soy shake, medium banana, slice Double Oat toast, 1 tbl nutella
3:00 pm 1/4 cinnamon almonds, 1/4 c Trader Joe orange cranberries
6:15 pm 2 mouthfuls leftover salmon hash
6:30 pm 4.85 oz New York strip steak (grilled), 3 oz sweet potato fries, 3/4 c sliced beets, 12 oz skim milk
7:45 pm Jello Sugar-Free Double Chocolate pudding cup
