I'm tired of winter - it can be done any time now. About this time, I get sick of putting on thick sweaters and still shivering half the time. It doesn't make it any easier to know everyone else is sick of it, too.


Food:

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 1/2 c skim milk, 138 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice 12-grain toast, 1 tbl nutella, 62 g green grapes
2:45 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix
4:45 pm 1/2 black forest truffle
6:45 pm 1 serving whole wheat 4-cheese ravioli, 1/2 c Prego, 1 tbl shredded Italian cheese, 1 c green beans, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 2"x2" brownie
8:30 pm 1/2 c peppermint ice cream


Exercise:

5:00-5:50 am Wii Fitness Cardio plus own cooldown
