Well, I accomplished everything I wanted to yesterday except exercise, and I had already done 5 days that week so it was okay. The beef stew was nummers! And we made dinner a little special by cracking a bottle of 30-buck-chuck cabernet and the crackers I forgot to open for New Year's. (The crackers were a little lame.)
Food:
8:30 am 1 c Quaker Oat squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 c blueberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm 2 crepes, medium sliced banana, coffee
1:45 pm 49 g peanut butter krispie treat
5:45 pm 1 c beef stew, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1 pc string cheese
8:30 pm 1 c Quaker Oat squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk
