I'm getting rather excited about Inauguration Day. Looking forward to vicariously experiencing some of the pomp and circumstance. Are you doing anything special for the day?


Food:

7:00 am 1+ c Quaker Oatmeal squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm 4 oz blackened tuna filet, salad w/berries & vinaigrette, 2 slices black bean crostini bread
1:30 pm York peppermint pattie
2:15 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix
6:00 pm 1 c beef stew, medium banana, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 c peppermint ice cream, 2 tbl hot fudge sauce
