Yesterday when I took our intern over to CCCW (fka CCPC, my old agency) for a tour, all my old coworkers were exclaiming about how long my hair is now. Funny, it doesn't seem long to me at all.
Really need to get an appointment at John's to order our portraits. Kind of let that slide a bit long.
Sure is fun getting a regular "exercise day off" during the week. It's amazing that one extra hour to sleep in the morning feels so decadent!

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
9:30 am 1 Breton multigrain cracker, 1/2 oz cheese
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, slice 12-grain toast, 1 tbl nutella, small banana
12:30 pm 4 g dark chocolate
3:00 PM 2 Breton crackers, 1 oz mozzarella
5:30 pm 3 oz chicken, 1/6 pkg diced potatoes n' onions, 1/2 c corn, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
