Michael is in full mid-tech week exhaustion mode - poor guy! Been there, done that, and it's never fun at this point.

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice 12-grain toast, 1 tbl nutella, small banana
3:00 pm 1/4 c cinnamon almonds
4:45 pm Culver's stacked turkey sandwich (bun, 3 oz turkey, slice tomato, lettuce), water
5:30 pm Jello Sugar-Free Chocolate Mint pudding cup
8:45 pm 1 c Quaker Oatmeal Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk
Exercise:
5:00-6:00 am Pilates mat
