We three kings! Happy Epiphany! ...or whatever.

I actually went below my weight loss goal today. Guess my body thinks it should have a lower setpoint than the place I would have been satisfied. 123.4 this morning. I want to continue my regular workout routine and healthy eating. I have been near (and sometimes over) the recommended daily calorie limit so I guess I don't need to feel guilty if I increase it to 1600 a day if I maintain or continue to go down. I'll have to play around with it a little as long as I maintain the healthy habits.


Food:

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 4 oz skim milk, half grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, small apple, slice 7-grain toast, 1 tbl nutella
1:30 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix
4:45 pm 1 Hershey's Pot of Gold Dark Chocolate
6:30 pm 1 sloppy joe w/bun, 1 Mott's Pomegranate Plus applesauce cup, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:00 pm Russell Stover marshmallow Santa
